Terms of Use

By using Asboona you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to them.

1. Account

Accounts are created with a valid email address verified by a code sent to it. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity in your account and your team members' accounts.

2. Plans and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) through the Moyasar payment gateway. If a period ends without renewal, the plan stays active during a grace period, then the account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.

3. Token balance

Each plan includes a monthly balance for the AI assistant that renews every period and does not roll over. Purchased extra tokens do not expire at the end of the month while the account exists. AI output is advisory and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

4. Your data

Your organization's data remains yours and can be exported at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for any activity that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, attempt to access other customers' data, or disrupt the service.

6. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, notifying the owner where possible.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure. We are not liable for indirect damages, and in all cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
