We protect your personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

Data we collect

Name and email address, organization name, sector and size, the content you add to your maps, AI assistant usage, and billing records. We never receive or store your card details; payments are processed directly by Moyasar.

How we use it

To run your account, send sign-in codes, receipts and notifications, measure usage and improve the service. When you use the AI assistant, your question and your map context are sent to the AI model provider only to process and return the answer.

Visit statistics

We measure site visits and platform usage with our own in-house tool to improve the experience: pages and sections viewed, the general source of a visit (such as the referring site or campaign), device type and language, linked to a random anonymous identifier stored in your browser. We use no advertising cookies, share none of this with third parties, and do not store IP addresses with these events. We honour your browser's Do Not Track / GPC setting and record nothing when it is on.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate (hosting, email, payments, AI) and only as necessary, or when lawfully required by a competent authority.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists and delete it within 30 days of a closure request, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), each organization's data is isolated, and backups are taken daily.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data, or request its deletion or a copy, by contacting us.
