We want you to be happy with Asboona. Start on the Free plan to try the platform before paying.

Subscriptions

You can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days if you have used no more than 10% of the included token balance. After that, the current period is not refundable, and you can turn off renewal at any time.

Extra token packs

Not refundable once any part has been used.

How to request

Email us from your registered address with the payment reference shown under “Subscription & billing”. Refunds go back to the same payment method within 5–14 business days depending on your bank.
